Enjoy!!!. These were called Bail-bond Beans in Peg Bracken's book I Hate to Cook Almanack When I made them for a pot-luck dinner someone asked my daughter what they were called. Don't know beans was her answer and that's what we call them now. I like them better cold. We make more than enough for left-overs.
Ingredients:
1 lb frozen french style green bean, cooked
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 pinch garlic salt
1 pinch oregano
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients but beans.
2. Pour over hot beans and serve.
