This is the only breakfast I can get my husband to eat. There is something about a hot dog with scrambled eggs topped with ketchup that just appeals.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
4 tbsp evaporated milk
1 hot dog ball park turkey hot dogs
1/4 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp tabasco sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Directions:
1. Heat up the skillet to medium. Slice the hot dog length wise then slice diagonal pieces cross wise. Cook the hot dog in the skillet for about 3 or 4 minutes.
2. Lightly beat the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Reduce heat in skillet, Pour eggs over top of the hot dog. Pull eggs back to scramble. When almost all cook, pile them in the center of the skillet and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top to melt.
3. Serve portion topped with ketchup.
