Ingredients:
2 large red potatoes, cooked, peeled, and mashed
1 pound ground lean pork
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3-inch patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
2. Heat 1/8 inch oil to 375° in a skillet. Fry patties 3 to 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Drain well. Serve hot.
