A super-easy, DIVALICIOUS spin on yogurt parfait!
Ingredients:
2 cups plain greek yogurt, with no sugar added
2 large fresh peaches, sliced thin
1/2 cup toasted almond
1 orange
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Grate the rind and squeeze the juice of orange into the yogurt, and stir in cinnamon. In 4 regular short glasses or martini glass, place alternate layers of peaches, yogurt and, almonds. Serve cold.
