A little (healthful) bite of heaven! :)
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, large seedless
1/4 lb smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 ounce creme fraiche
finely chopped chives, for garnish
black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Thinly slice cucumbers into round. On top of the cucumber, place one thin slice of smoked salmon, a small dollop of crème fraiche, and sprinkle with a touch of black pepper. Garnish each piece with chopped chives for a fancy finish.
