Dip 'n' Dunk Lunch

For the won't-eat-it-without-dip kid: Almost every child goes through this phase. Adding a small container of dip to a lunch of veggies, cheese and ham, is the easiest way I've found to get them to eat their lunch. Don't forget to keep cheeses, meats, and dairy products cool with ice packs until lunchtime.
Ingredients:
4 small whole wheat breadsticks
babycut carrot
cucumber, slices
sweet pepper, strips
1 ounce havarti cheese, light
1 ounce kielbasa
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced in half
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
Directions:
1. Arrange all ingredients around a plate. Put Ranch dressing in a small covered container. Cover the entire plate with plastic wrap. Don't forget the ice packs.
