Dilly Cheese Puffs

A great little appetizer to bring out at a party or to bring to a potluck.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese the sharpest one you can find)
1 pkg fine herb cream cheese (could use plain)
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp dill
2 egg whites
1 loaf french bread, cut into cubes (aprox 30 cubes)
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine cheese, cream cheese, butter and dill.
2. Heat and stir over low heat until cheese melts.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5. Fold cheese mixture into stiffened egg whites.
6. Dip bread cubes into cheesy egg mixture, gently scraping off excess.
7. Place coated cubes on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 425F for 10-12 minutes.
