Easy casserole bread,moist.I like the flavor.Hope you do too.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup creamed cottage cheese-(heated to warm)
2 tables. sugar
1 tables. instant miniced onion
1 tables. butter
1 unbeaten egg
2 teas dill seed
1 teas salt
2 1/4 to2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/4 teas baking soda
Directions:
1. Soften yeast in warm water
2. Combine in mixing bowl:cottage cheese,sugar,onion butter,dill seed ,salt,soda,egg,and soften yeast.
3. Add flour to form a stiff dough,beating well,after each addition.
4. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size.
5. Stir dough down
6. Turn into well greased 8 round casserole
7. Let rise in warm place until light, about 30 to 40 minutes
8. Bake in 375 degree oven,for about 30 to 40 minutes or until golden
9. brown.
10. Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
11. Enjoy
