Dilled Shrimp

Light, easy shrimp dish. Preparation time does not include chilling time.
Ingredients:
1 -2 teaspoon salt
4 sprigs fresh dill
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lemon, sliced
Directions:
1. Bring 1 quart water to a boil with salt and dill.
2. Lower heat, add shrimp and let simmer 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, add lemon and let shrimp cool without draining.
4. When cool, pour off liquid and chill shrimp in refrigerator.
