Great low-fat dip for shrimp or veggies.
Ingredients:
1 16oz carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese
2 t. tarragon vinegar
1 t. finely chopped green onions
1 t. dried parsley flakes
1/2 t. dried who dillweed
1 t. skim milk
dash of coarsely ground pepper
fresh parsley sprigs (opt)
Directions:
1. Place cottage cheese adn veingar in container of an electrick blender or food processor; top with cover, and process until smooth.
2. Combine cottae cheese mixture, green onions, and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
3. Transfer cheese mixture to a small serving dish with dippers.
