Dilled Cucumber Salad

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • two 1-lb unwaxed cucumbers


  1. In a bowl whisk together the sour cream, the mayonnaise, the lime juice, the dill, and salt and pepper to taste. Score the cucumbers lengthwise with the tines of a fork, cut them crosswise into 1/8-inch-thick slices, and stir them into the dressing.
