A very yummy shrimp salad that can stand alone as a nice lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shrimp
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon dried dill
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
Directions:
1. Rinse and dry shrimp, remove tails. Whisk together mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and dill. Add salt to taste. Add shrimp, onion, and celery to mayo mixture. Enjoy!
