Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
3 tablespoons white wine
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup chopped dill
1/4 cup chopped chives
chopped tarragon leaf (from 3 to 4 sprigs)
salt
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Mix the mustard with the vinegar in a bowl.
2. Whisk in the olive oil, then stir in the dill, chives, and tarragon.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add a little more vinegar or oil if you like.
