Dill Braised Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprout
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 -2 teaspoon butter
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Trim out leaves if necessary, then slice off ends of Brussels sprouts.
2. Cut into 3 or 4 slices or if small, cut in half.
3. heat oil in a skillet, add sprouts and stir fry until coated with oil and bright green.
4. Add slat, pepper, dill, water and lemon juice; cover and cook 2 minutes or until tender but still crunchy.
5. Toss with butter and Parmesan cheese.
