Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 kaiser rolls, split
Directions:
1. Combine the pork, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, pepper and salt. Shape into 4 burgers.
2. Preheat the grill and spray with cooking spray.
3. Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve on Kaiser rolls.
