From the ABS POWER DIET - can also used turkey cutlets instead of chicken.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 tsp olive oil
1/3 cup chicken broth, low-sodium reduced fat
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 green onions, sliced
Directions:
1. Heat oil in non stick pan over medium heat.
2. Brown each side of chicken, about 3 min each side.
3. Add broth, mustard, onions (salt & pepper to taste) stirring well.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes.
