Mustard and garlic lend plenty of flavor to this dressing for salads.
Ingredients:

2/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
2 tbs. minced fresh parsley
2 tbs. dijon mustard
1 tbs. equal or equivalent
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
salad greens and vegetables of your choice
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve over salad. Refrigerate leftovers.
