Fairly tasty for those on a diet
Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package diet lemon gelatin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon green onion, chopped
1/2 cup flaked crabmeat or 1/2 cup shrimp
1 tablespoon celery, chopped
1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
2. Add vinegar and chill til slightly thick.
3. Add shrimp and vegetables.
4. Divide into moulds. Chill til firm.
