1 ounce sugar-free hot cocoa mix
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3/4 ounce quick-cooking oatmeal (3 soup spoons)
2 tablespoons raisins
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons water or 2 tablespoons coffee
Directions:
1. Mix all together and press flat in Ziplock bag and freeze.
