Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk or 1 cup soymilk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
4 teaspoons sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (saccharin, aspartame or sucralose)
8 -12 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
