Dense and sweet, delicious with soynut butter or peanut butter.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup water
1/8 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Pour water in 1/4 cup at a time.
2. Mix. Put on large spoon and dip onto hot griddle or pan. Cook for at least 5 minutes each. They take a while and you want to make sure they are cooked through.
