Ingredients:
1 small pkd sugar free lime jell-o
1 apple, chopped
1 c cottage cheese
1 (8oz) sugar free whipped topping
1 c boiling water
crust
1/4 c melted butter
1 c graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
1. Chop apple very fine
2. Mix lime gelatin with 1 c boiling water
3. Mix in apple, cottage cheese
4. Fold in whipped topping when gelatin mixture is cool
5. Press graham cracker crumbs & butter mixture in bottom of a 8x8 glass baking dish
6. Bake lightly
7. When crust cool, add gelatin mixture & chill til firm
