Ingredients:
6 triscuit crackers
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon no-sugar-added jam (optional)
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter on triscuits.
2. Spread on optional preserves.
3. Dip in milk as you would a cookie and enjoy!:-).
