Diabetic Barbecue Sauce

This barbecue is great for everyone and just happens to be a good diabetic recipe as well. Great for the gatherings where someone in the group might need to watch and won't single them out!
Ingredients:
1 small onion, minced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups water
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; bring to full boil.
2. Simmer 20 minutes.
3. Serving size= 1/4 cup, free food.
