Diabetic Banana Bread for Bread Machine

A banana bread using sugar substitute and whole wheat flour, but it is amazingly moist and flavorful!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cake flour
2/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 1/4 cups fiber one honey clusters cereal, crushed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Place Ingredients in bread pan in order listed, or as directed by bread machine manufacturer.
2. Select cake cycle and start machine.
