Diabetes-Friendly Pineapple Cilantro Popcicles

You can add sugar to this if you want to, but it is already really sweet without the sugar because of the pineapple.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups pineapple, diced (about 1/2 a whole pineapple)
1/2 cup cilantro leaf (or more)
1/2 lime, juice of
Directions:
1. Put pineapple, cilantro, and lime juice in blender and puree until smooth. Pour mixture into six 3-ounce ice-pop molds and add sticks. Freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen. Dip molds in tepid water to help remove the pops.
