I made my cheese cake on a settlement in Israel about 3 weeks ago and it was a hit, a person described it as Devine . I gave the recipe to my nephew who used a green lemon and the cake had a green hue from the green zest. Read more . So I think it would be a great St. Patricks Day dessert. I still have to try and see how it looks and maybe a little green food coloring would be cool! Ingredients:
