Deviled Steak Strips

A simple, easy to make dinner. Good with rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs round steaks, cut in strips
all-purpose flour
1 onion, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 -2 teaspoon salt
1/8-1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Roll steak strips in flour.
2. Brown strips and minced onion in hot oil in a skillet. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
