Deviled Ham And Eggs

Fun little twist on regular deviled eggs. Ham and eggs in one delightful savory bite.
Ingredients:
6 hard cooked extra large eggs
1 cup of minced ham
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon of prepared mustard
1 teaspoon of horseradish
3/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 shallot, minced very fine
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
dash of favorite hot sauce
chopped fresh chives
Directions:
1. Cook the eggs in your favorite manner. Peel, cut in half.
2. Remove yolks, place in medium bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients except the chives. Mix well.
4. Spoon into the egg whites. Sprinkle with chives.
5. Refrigerate covered.
6. Serve and sit back and enjoy the reviews.
7. If you boil an egg while singing all five verses and chorus of the hymn, 'Onward Christian Soldiers.' it will be cooked perfectly when you come to Amen.
