This method takes almost all the work out of making deviled eggs! I think that the only way it could be easier, is if the eggs peeled themselves! I have tried to economize by using off brand ranch dressings and believe me, Hidden Valley (full fat, full calorie) gives the best taste! Read more ! I have not used the type that you mix up yourself, just out of the bottle!
Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs
hidden valley ranch buttermilk dressing
paprika (for garnish)
Directions:
1. After boiling eggs, plunge into icewater to stop the cooking and to keep from getting a green ring around the yolks.
2. Remove the peels and slice in half lengthwise.
3. Pop the yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly.
4. Mix in an amount of the real Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing that will bring it to the desired consistency.
5. Stuff egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
6. Refrigerate until serving.
