An absolute classic.
Ingredients:
12 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 (16 ounce) can olives, finely chopped
salt
pepper
paprika
Directions:
1. Peel the eggs and cut in half.
2. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, olives, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Carefully fill the eggs with a tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture.
4. Lightly sprinkly the top with paprika for color.
5. Chill.
