Deviled Egg Salad

A nice change for a picnic or barbecue. It really does taste like deviled eggs!
Ingredients:
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons sweet onion, grated
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons diced pimento
Directions:
1. In bowl, soften gelatin in water.
2. Place over saucepan of simmering water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
3. Stir in salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Let cool 10 minutes.
5. Whisk in mayonnaise.
6. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into small mold.
7. Chill until firm, about 3 to 4 hours.
8. Serve on lettuce lined plate.
