Detox Sweet Potato Squash and Ginger Soup (Modified)

Detox Lunch (add 1/4 to 1/2 cup organic cottage cheese on top for a regular HD meal). Wasa Rye is for Detox Reintroduce Rye day.
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
1 small squash, winter, butternut, raw
2 carrots
2 ounces fresh sliced ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
6 cups vegetable broth
1 pear
1 apple
2 large onions
2 t extra virgin olive oil
3 t apple juice
1 t sea salt
2 t black pepper
3 crispbread, wasa rye
Directions:
1. Put peeled and sliced sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots, ginger and curry powder in a large saucepan with vegetable stock. Cover, bring to gentle boil, simmer for 30 minutes or until everything is soft.
2. Core peel slice apple, pear, onions, olive oil and juice into another saucepan, cook on medium 5-10 minutes until soft.
3. Mix it all up and vitamix it.
4. Eat with three Wasa rye crackers.
5. Top with cottage cheese if you aren't in detox phase (add the calories and protein).
