Yummy and quick dessert.
Ingredients:
1 cup rice (cooked and cooled)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream or 1 cup cool whip
1 cup walnuts (chopped) or 1 cup pecans (chopped)
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallow
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the first four ingredients.
2. Fold in the whipped cream and nuts.
3. Sprinkle a few nuts on top.
4. Set in fridge for about 2 hours before serving.
