A nice, flavorful, low-fat change from the beef burger. Dress it up with tomatoes, lettuce and honey mustard and you won't miss all the fat!
Ingredients:
20 ounces extra-lean ground turkey
1 ounce lipton dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 large egg
1 tablespoon italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons minced garlic
14 grams real bacon bits
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Form into 6 equal patties. Grill over medium coals for about 4-5 minutes per side. Serve on buns or bunless with the suggested toppings.
