Delicious Slow Cooker Broccoli Soup

An easy and delicious broccoli cheese soup in the slow cooker!
Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of broccoli soup
2 (12 ounce) bags frozen broccoli cuts
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup instant minced onion
2 (10 ounce) soup cans milk
1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/4 lbs cheddar cheese or 1 1/4 lbs monterey jack cheese, finely shredded
1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth
Directions:
1. Combine 'cream of' soups, milk and seasonings in the slow cooker; stir well and cover; cook on HIGH 1-1/2 hours; remove lid and stir well again; add the frozen broccoli and cheese; stir really well (it'll be thick); cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours; remove lid, add vegetable broth and stir well again; cover and cook on LOW until ready to serve.
