Delicious Low Fat Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips

Very good, low cal, low fat banana bread with chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon butter, melted
3 tablespoons applesauce
2/3 cup brown sugar substitute
2 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a loaf pan with Pam.
3. Mix the dry ingredients & Set aside.
4. In a separate larger bowl, mix the bananas, butter, applesauce, and brown sugar substitute.
5. Stir in eggs, mix.
6. Add the flour, mix thoroughly.
7. Stir in the chocolate chips.
8. Pour into loaf pan, and bake 50 minutes.
9. Cool to 10 minutes before removing from pan.
