Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (16 ounce) package turkey bacon, finely chopped
1 (12 ounce) package simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium.
2. Add chopped Turkey Bacon and Simply Potatoes with onions and garlic.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Cook until mixture begins to brown and crisp. When nicely brown and crisp on one side , flip and brown and crisp on the other side.
