This fudge topping is excellent on top of ice cream. No more buying the expensive stuff at the store!!! Ingredients:
2/3 cup chocolate chips |
2 cups powdered sugar |
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In saucepan, bring all ingredients to boil stirring continually over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook mixture stirring for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
2. Stir in vanilla and let cool.
