Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon raw olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tender tangerine, diced
1/2 cup diced soft fresh papaya, cut into chunks
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 lemon, juice of
1/8 teaspoon stevia powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all together well.
2. Delicious any time, but excellent for spring and very hot summer days.
