Delicious Crockpot Cashew Chicken

Minimal work and ingredients, just get to it!
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup portabella mushroom, sliced
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 cups salted cashew halves
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
olive oil flavored cooking spray
Directions:
1. Spray inside of crockpot with olive oil cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients with the exception of cashews and green onions.
3. Cover; cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
4. Add cashews and green onions within the last hr of cooking time. Serve and enjoy with Jasmine rice.
