This recipe always cramps my sweet tooth and quenches my chocolate cravings. It is vegan and tastes like ice cream, although the texture is not the same. Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 frozen strawberries (choose between this and frozen fruit) or 1 tablespoon strawberry all-fruit spread (choose between this and frozen fruit)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Directions:
1. I use a Magic Bullet, but a food processor works too. Cut the banana in one inch rings and throw in with all ingredients. Blend until thick and creamy.
