Delicious Chinese Dumpling Soup

This soup is delicious on a cold winter night. It's super easy to make and you can buy already made dumplings to put in or make your own. (see attached link for dumpling recipe)My husband loves this soup as well as all my guests who have tasted it. It is definitely a crowd please-er :)
Ingredients:
8 -10 cups water
1 lb chicken bone
1/4 cup condensed chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cups bok choy, chopped
1 1/2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
3/4 lb shiitake mushroom, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
Directions:
1. Put water in a big pot, bring to a boil then add the chicken bones, boil chicken bones for 1 hour. (I put the chicken bones in a netting so there is less mess) Remove the chicken bones from the pot.
2. Add the soy sauce and chicken broth. Add all the vegetables and let it cook for 20 minute Then add the cooked dumplings or you can make homemade ones. see this link /recipe/homemade-dumplings-470839.
