5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. Pizza dough topped with diced tomatoes, Simply Potatoes diced potatoes with onions, crumbled bacon and topped with shredded cheese.
Ingredients:
1 (10 inch) prepared pizza crust
2 tomatoes, diced
2 1/2 cups simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425. Place pizza crust on sheet pan. Top with diced tomatoes, diced potatoes and shredded cheese. Top with chopped bacon and place pizza in oven. Cook for aprox 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice and serve along with eggs for a perfect breakfast.
