Hey, I (along with everyone I told about it) thought it sounded weird too. But, after trying it, I (along with everyone I told about it), thought it was absolutely delicious! I think I got the original recipe from this site, but none I looked at seemed to be quite the same. So, please, try this healthy, delicious smoothie!
Ingredients:
1 avocado (a whole one or just half)
1 cup milk
sugar (to taste) or honey (to taste) or artificial sweetener (to taste)
ice cube
Directions:
1. Put everything in a blender, and enjoy!
2. Note: I tend to wing it when I make this recipe, and usually just pour in some milk, so just do what seems to work for you. Also, I think it tastes gross with honey, but I do believe that's the authentic Brazilian way to do it. I use two packets of Stevia sweetener instead.
