Dee's Rice Pilaf

I make this when I don't want just plain rice. It is simple and easy but does boost the rice up a little.
Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tablespoons butter
1 green onion, minced
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
2. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes until water is absorbed.
3. When done, fluff rice.
