Deep Fried Vegetables

This is good way to get the little ones to eat their veggies!!
Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli, broken into florets
1 head of cauliflower, broken ino florets
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
enough vegetable oil for deep fryer
Directions:
1. Heat oil in deep fryer.
2. Place broccoli and cauliflower florets into a bowl.
3. Pour beaten egg over and toss making sure all florets is coated.
4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and make sure all florets is covered.
5. Deep fry until light brown.
6. Drain excess grease on a paper towel.
7. Serve with ranch dressing (for dipping).
