Deep Fried Home Made Potato Chips

A cut above the store-bought potato chip, these are made with unpeeled spuds, and taste delicious! You'll never want store-bought chips again!
Ingredients:
2 to 3 medium potatoes unpeeled
canola oil
sea salt
Directions:
1. Very thinly slice the raw potatoes by hand or with a food processor
2. Heat the canola in a deep kettle or fryer pot
3. Add the chips a few at a time, and cook until golden brown.
4. Sprinkle with sea salt and allow to dry.
5. NOTE:
6. You may need to turn these occasionally for even browning
