Deep Fried Bread Or Poori

Ingredients:
4 c wheat flour and pinch of salt , sifted .
water
oil or ghee for deep frying .
Directions:
1. Add water bit by bit and knead the dough until it is smooth and firm
2. Roll it out into discs of approximately the size of palm
3. Deep fry it one at a time
4. When the bread is puffed on one side, turn it over and cook for a few seconds, until it is golden and crispy
5. Drain on paper towel
6. Serve it with a meal , sweets , chutney , potato masal , sauce , yogurt or even on it's own as a snack .
