Ingredients:
3 bananas
2 cups rice flour
2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil, for frying
Directions:
1. Cut bananas into 4 inch pieces.
2. Mix rice flour, water or coconut milk, sugar, and salt into a smooth batter.
3. Dip banana pieces in batter.
4. Fry in oil until golden brown and floating.
